
This First Aid course equips learners with essential knowledge and practical skills to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations. Participants are trained to assess emergency scenes, provide basic life support, treat common illnesses, and manage injuries such as bleeding, burns, fractures, choking etc.
The course includes hands-on practical training to ensure learners develop the competence and confidence required to respond quickly and appropriately, helping to stabilise injured persons and potentially save lives while awaiting professional medical assistance.

This course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills to prevent and respond to workplace fires safely and effectively. The training covers fire causes, fire prevention, classes of fires, and the correct selection and use of fire extinguishers. Learners also receive practical training in basic emergency response and evacuation procedures to ensure they can respond confidently in a fire emergency.

This course prepares learners to effectively perform their duties as Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Representatives in the workplace. Learners gain knowledge of legal responsibilities, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting, and workplace inspections. The course enables learners to contribute to improving workplace safety and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

This course equips learners with the skills and knowledge required to safely manage and participate in workplace emergency evacuations. Learners are trained on evacuation procedures, roles and responsibilities, emergency planning, and assembly point management. Practical exercises ensure learners are confident in responding to emergencies and assisting with safe evacuations.

This course provides learners with the skills to effectively investigate workplace incidents and identify root causes. Learners are trained to gather evidence, conduct interviews, analyse findings, and complete incident reports. The course supports organisations in preventing future incidents and improving workplace safety.
